Local: We aim to deliver order within 1 to 2 working days from the date of delivery pick up. Do note processing takes 1 working day. Delivery dates are also stated on product/order page for your convenience.
International: Shipping time varies from 2-30 working days. Customers may choose their preferred logistic partner and lead time upon check out.
Local: Delivery fee is based on weight starting from SGD 4.50.

Don't worry, if our logistic partner fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, they will give you a call/message. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day. After 2nd attempt and being uncontactable, the order item will be delivered back to our warehouse and the order item will be on hold. The next re-delivery will then be charged at a flat rate of SGD 5.
Returns and exchanges
Refunds are by default, is your original payment method. Sale items are non-refundable.
TASHKILA reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item has not reached our mailing address. If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully by default payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete. Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded. We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests after 28 days from the refund date. Not applicable for Sale Item
Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same SKU. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed.
Health and beauty products are non-exchangeable and refundable. Please note that items Sold by our vendors as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brandslist are not available for exchange unless stated otherwise.
